What is AI route search?
Land includes an artificial intelligence (AI) assistant that allows you to find routes using natural language. You just have to describe what type of route you are looking for, and the assistant will find routes that match your preferences.
The results come from TwoNav GO, TwoNav's online platform where users share their routes.
This feature allows you to save time, discover new routes, and open them directly in Land to view them on the map and customize them to your liking.
How do you search for routes with AI?
1. Access the assistant
- Open Land and click the AI icon, located in the upper-right toolbar.
- Select the AI Route Search Chat option to open the assistant in the side panel.
2. Describe the route you are looking for
Write in the chat what type of route you want to find. You can specify the area, activity, distance, elevation gain, or difficulty.
For example:
“Search for hiking routes of around 15 km in the Montserrat area, with moderate difficulty.”
Click send to start the search.
3. Explore the results
The assistant will search for available routes in TwoNav GO and display the results directly in the chat.
Each route will include a summary of its main features, such as its name, description, distance, elevation gain, and a preview of the route, depending on the available information.
What can you do with the routes you find?
Each result offers three options:
- Locate: locate the route on the map in the chat itself to identify where it is.
- + info: open the route's page in TwoNav GO in your web browser to view additional information.
-
Open: download the route and open it directly in Land, where you can view its track on the map and work with it.
Important information
The assistant does not generate new routes; it searches for existing routes in TwoNav GO. Therefore, the results depend on the routes available and the information published by their users.
Tip: the more specific your description (location, distance, difficulty, or type of activity), the easier it will be to find routes that meet your needs.
