Weather information (Land)

TwoNav offers a high-quality weather information service specialized for outdoor activities. 

The weather forecast is available in Land and the TwoNav App (not on GPS devices).

This service consists of two functional parts:

• Weather maps (included in Pro subscriptions)
   
• Location forecasts (included in Premium and Pro subscriptions)

Weather Maps

The weather map is activated using the main toolbar button. Clicking it opens the map.

To change the default map (temperature), right-click on 'Temperature' in the lower bar and select another type of forecast. The selected map will then load.

There are two properties to control the weather map:

• Forecast time: Allows selecting a time range for the next three days. Time slots are in three-hour increments.
   
• Forecast type: Several maps are available:
   
  • Temperature
  • Cloud cover
  • Precipitation
  • Wind (available only for the Alps-Central Europe area)
  • Fresh snow (snowfall in that period)
  • Sun duration (hours of direct sunlight)

Location Weather Forecast

A weather forecast can be obtained for a specific location for the next seven days. Right-click on the location on the map:

• Daily weather forecast (day by day)
• Three-hour interval weather forecast

It is not necessary to have the weather map open to obtain this forecast. The forecast for the current time will open in a properties window.

Additional days or three-hour intervals are displayed in a table at the bottom.
