Mosaic maps have a particular structure explained in "What are mosaic maps?".
Mosaic maps may contain a variable number of tiles (detailed portions of the map).
This content can be controlled in various ways.
Data Tree
The specific tiles that are installed can be seen by expanding the map in the data tree.
Most mosaic maps show the tiles grouped by region, so they can be managed collectively (see article Grouping tiles by region in mosaic maps )
Only groups that contain at least one tile will be shown.
Clicking on a group or tile in the tree will highlight it on the map, showing its content.
You can delete all the content of an entire group by right-clicking > Delete
On the Map
If the option 'Show tile layout' is enabled, for example by right-clicking on the file in the tree and selecting 'View tile layout on map'
Then the outline of all the tiles will be shown on the map, highlighting in green those that are installed.
