At any point during an activity, we can decide it's time to return. Then TwoNav can show us the way back to the starting point.
There are 2 navigation tools for this:
- TrackBack: The path to retrace our steps will be indicated. That is, to return along the same path we came from.
- Return to start point: The starting point will be set as the destination, showing the shortest route.
Step by step:
- At the moment in the activity when we decide to return
- Access the map page menu (3 dots bottom right).
- And select the TrackBack or Return to start point option
-
- TrackBack will be based on the recorded track up to that point, it will reverse it, and set it as active navigation
- Return to start point, will directly set the start point as the destination.
If we have a routable vector map, and AutoRoute activated, the shortest route to the start point will be automatically calculated for us.
- TrackBack will be based on the recorded track up to that point, it will reverse it, and set it as active navigation
