TwoNav has a versatile and powerful track editor that allows you to create the best routes directly on the ground. With the track editor, you can create a new track on the map or edit an existing track.
Accessing the Track Editor
You can access the track editor in several ways:
From Pin Mode:
From the map window, press and hold on the point on the map where you want to start creating a new track, then tap 'More options > Start new Track here':
From the Map Menu:
From the map window, tap 'More options > Create new Track':
From the Routes List Menu:
From the Routes list, tap 'More options > Create new Track':
Once you have accessed creating a new track, a page will open where you can choose a name, sport, and color for the new track:
Functionality and Tools
Once you are in the track editor, you can use several tools and perform various actions:

Add point by point:
Click successively on points on the map and new track points will be created: -
Move points:
You can also move the position of any point by clicking on it, holding down, and dragging it to a new position. -
'Delete point' tool:
When selecting the 'Delete points' tool, the last created point is deleted.
You can also first select a track point and then click the tool to delete it. -
'Draw' tool:
Draw a line on the map to easily create a track. You must start drawing from the last point of the track: -
Add points with 'FastTrack':
Click the FastTrack tool to activate it and add track sections automatically by clicking on a point on the map, following paths on routable maps (OSM, TomTom). For more information, see the article: Create routes automatically (FastTrack) with TwoNav -
Add roadbook points:
You can add roadbook points to enrich the route with information at specific points, such as maneuvers or relevant points of interest. First, select a track point, then click the tool: -
Undo:
At any time you can click the 'Undo' tool to undo the last action.
Edit an Existing Track
You can also access editing an existing track in several ways:
From the Routes List:
From the Routes list, press and hold the open route you want to edit, then tap 'Edit on the map':
From the Properties Page:
From the Routes list, click the open route you want to edit to access the Properties page. Then, from the Properties page, tap 'More options > Edit on the map':
Once you have selected the 'Edit on the map' option, you can edit and modify the track with the editor:
Close the Track Editor
Once you have finished creating or editing the track, you can close the editor by tapping the 'Cross' icon (bottom left area) or tapping 'More options > Close edition':
