From Land, we can create tracks with variants (see article).
If we have a track with variants, TwoNav will allow us to select the active variant, and will indicate the path to follow by adjusting values such as distance.
On the map, we will see the inactive variant in gray.
In the route list, if we expand its content (click its icon on the left), the name of the inactive variant will also appear in gray.
Here we also see the Diversion (Toggle active variant) and Junction points
It is possible to modify the active variant in several ways:
- From the route list:
- Click on the Diversion ("Toggle active variant")
- From the map
- Long press on the diversion point. The Pin mode will open
- Open the page menu (bottom left), and select 'Toggle active variant'
- Select the active variant, or simply Toggle to change it
- Long press on the diversion point. The Pin mode will open
- During navigation, when we get within 1km of the diversion, a selector will appear at the top of the map page. Just tap on the desired variant to activate it.
For the rest, the route navigation will be like that of a normal track.
