The main menu and the toolbars contain most of Land’s functions.

Main menu

In the main menu, there are different tools that we will explore in other articles, but we highlight the 'File' menu, where we find file management functions (open, close, save, import…), access to the 'Preferences' window, and the Print tool:

Toolbars

There is a main toolbar (horizontal) and a map toolbar (vertical), which contain various shortcuts to important functions:

Many of the tools will be covered in other articles, but we highlight the following main tool blocks:

• Show/Hide windows (Data Tree, Properties, Graph, Calendar):

Customize the toolbars

By default, the toolbars contain a selection of the most relevant functions, organized in the way we consider most suitable for most users. However, they can be customized by right-clicking on them and selecting the ‘Customize....’ option:
