One of the features of Land is its flexibility to adapt the working interface to the user's needs. The program allows you to reorganize and customize the windows very intuitively, making the experience more comfortable, smooth, and productive.
All Land windows can be placed in the work area wherever you prefer. This lets you adapt the available space according to your priorities: visibility, comfort, or type of activity (planning, analysis, navigation...).
How to change the position of a window
Right-click on the window title (the top bar).
Then, choose where you want to place it: left, right, top, bottom, or leave it as a floating window.
Window behavior
Land automatically adapts the window behavior according to their placement:
If you drag a window outside the main interface, it becomes a floating window. You can move it freely and place it on another monitor if you work with multiple screens.
When there are two or more windows on the same side, the space is automatically split between them, proportionally.
In the main work area (main window), if you add several windows in the same area, they are organized into tabs, allowing easy access to each one without taking up extra space.
You can resize any window by dragging its edges, adjusting its size to the content or your needs.
Additional map windows
Land allows opening multiple map windows, ideal for viewing different zones or perspectives at the same time.
To open a new map window:
- You can add secondary map windows to have other simultaneous perspectives (menu > window > new window)
